New improvements: Add and edit tables on mobile in Confluence and Jira
New improvements to Confluence and Jira table editing on mobile are arriving just in time for summer π. Now you can quickly add a new table to Jira or Confluence page by typing "/table" in the mobile app.

You'll be also able to easily add additional columns or rows, change colours, merge cells and more.
And there were extra improvements to other elements. For example, you can now change the colours of the panels, adjust the size of images and other media, add page dividers using shortcuts, and pick a language for code snippets.
Atlassian university: Last chance to enrol to these courses
The Atlassian University platform will be changing this week. With this upgrade, they are retiring some of the courses like:
- Learn Jira Basics,
- Confluence Cloud Basics.
Some of the apps related courses that are going to retire are:
- Intro to Zephyr,
- EasyBI Getting Started.

Find the list of courses that will no longer exist soon here. You can still enrol to these courses before June 17th and you'll have access to it until July 15th.
Cross site notification for Jira and Confluence
Big improvements are coming to the notification centre in Jira and Confluence. Notifications from all Jira and Confluence sites that you have access to will be now shown in the same notification centre.
You can filter by unread notifications by using a toggle in the top right corner in the notifications dropdown.
Notifications won't get deleted anymore, but you can mark them as "Read" and they'll be filtered out from the main notification tab. You can always filter them back.
Article of the week: Innovation Week - Atlassian Security Team's 20% Time Ritual
This article is a great inspiration for every team and team leads. Marisa explains the Security Team's weekly 20% for exploration and innovation work that she runs with her team.
With the pandemic, it was hard for people to make time for 20% off for innovation every week so they moved to an "Innovation Week" format. Rather than weekly percentage have everyone allocate one week every five weeks to focus on other things than a day to day activities.
