Enable backlog in company-managed projects

  1. Navigate to your company-managed project
  2. Go to the Board
  3. Click on the 3 dots in the top right corner ...
  4. Select Board settings
  5. Go to Columns
  6. Drag and drop one of the open statuses to the Backlog column

Enable the backlog for your team-managed project

  1. Navigate to your team-managed project.
  2. In the sidebar, select Project Settings.
  3. Select Features.
  4. Enable the Backlog feature.
