π Article of the week: Think introverted; act extroverted
This time the article of the week is from the Atlassian design blog. Β
"Think introverted; act extroverted".
Did you know that if you're more introverted you might be better at leading teams? Sounds counterproductive, right?
Researchers found out that introverted leaders often deliver better outcomes.
The reason is they're much more likely to let proactive team members run with their ideas.
On the other hand, extroverted leaders tend to get overly excited and put their own ideas first. So others might not get the opportunity to share and put theirs in place.
In this article, you can find a few tips on how to navigate the extroverted world and get your word out there (not only as a UX designer).
