Issues for Attention Insight
Atlassian's Jira now has an improved 'Issues for attention' feature that makes it easier to decide what to work on next. It includes 'stuck issues' along with existing 'blocked' and 'flagged' issues, all under a new 'All' tab.
'Stuck issues' help identify work that's been in one state for too long. 'Blocked issues' highlight work impeded by other issues, and 'flagged issues' show problems needing immediate attention.
Changes to Confluence Publishing
Atlassian is improving the Confluence publishing experience, adding a Publish Dialog for new drafts and updated pages. This feature helps control who can access and view the content before publishing.
Publish Dialog simplifies publishing and permissions management, making content publishing and creation much more straightforward.
Share Confluence Pages to Slack
Atlassian's Confluence now features an improved Share function, introducing the ability to share pages directly to Slack. This eliminates the need for switching contexts and extra clicks.
Visit Atlassian's community page to learn more about this new feature and leave your feedback.

Data Center App Security Process
Atlassian has announced changes to its data center app security process starting July this year. All data center apps will undergo a third-party security scan for vulnerabilities which will be tracked in the Atlassian Marketplace Security Jira project since November 2022.
All apps submitted for Data Center approval must be free from critical or high-severity vulnerabilities in third-party dependencies. Developers are encouraged to review the Atlassian security bug fix policy for Marketplace apps and ensure that their security contact information is up-to-date. Atlassian will reach out to partners with apps having the most vulnerabilities to discuss the scanner results.
